Welcome to Agnes Yoga & Wellness. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and mobile application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
The Service offers an annual membership for $79.99 per year, billed in advance and renewing automatically each year until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the membership fee through our payment provider, Stripe.
You may cancel the automatic renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period — your access continues until the end of your membership year.
All sessions, recordings, affirmations, angel card content and other materials on the Service are owned by Agnes Yoga & Wellness and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute or publicly share our content.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its security, or use it to harm others. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended.
The Service offers yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing and reflective guidance for general wellbeing and inspiration. This content is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please consult a qualified professional before beginning any new practice, especially if you have a health condition.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agnes Yoga & Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update or change the Service, pricing and these Terms over time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
